Michael’s experience spans a broad range of industries including automotive, services, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution and finance. As a business transformation specialist, Michael successfully engages with senior management and front-line staff to manage and lead the implementation of many successful Lean and Six-Sigma improvement projects. Michael is a degree qualified engineer, and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has held senior management positions in large organisations (GM Holden, NAB, KPMG, Coles) and worked as a Lean Six Sigma consultant in a variety of organisations.
