The purpose of this document is to investigate the readiness of the candidate to begin the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. There are some concepts that can be easily understood by reading the prescribed materials. Preparation will allow the participants to focus on the more complicated materials, and thus getting a more comprehensive understanding of the concepts.
If the candidate is not able to achieve a result of 75%, then they should re-read the sections of the materials that relate to the area that they are struggling with; or access alternative material.
