    It was an excellent event, the right length of time with good interaction and engagement.

    The method shown was somewhat similar to DMAIC but focussed on problem solving. It’s a great way to get people to apply lean principles in their day to day, straight away (without waiting to do a green belt).

    TIn particular I like how the presenter showed the importance of coming up with a good problem statement
